Jase, That’s why LC is the Grand Master of Trial Design. Basically the trial starts and just keeps going. Look at all the companies that have years between trials.. So if the FDA only needs 10atients of a particular cancer to get Breakthrough, does it follow on that they just keep the trial going adding more and more groups of ten until they have al the variations covered .
I do remember a drug that got approved several years ago with only 6 pax in the trial., Not a cancer treatment though.
How long does it take to recruit and treat 10 pax. Maybe 6 months. Maybe they already got several of the same cancers types dosed.? It’s going to be interesting to watch.
