A burning question from me is how long we will need to wait as a follow up on Phase 1B - Cohort B regarding the full results of the initial four.
If the third patient with SD goes to CR will we be told?... and when the fourth candidate is evaluated will that result be made known?
Or will all this get bundled into an expanded Cohort B Phase 1B data update once they have the results of all the new candidates (which delays knowing the results of the original four for months) they are now enrolling?
While none of the above affects the overall timing of moving into Phase 2/3 trials, it may help the SP to know those two non-CRs results asap. Otherwise, it risks getting leaked to only 'those in the know' to take advantage.
