The cash for M&A has been there for 4 years (I think). It is mentioned every time in presentations, but other than C, no M&A has occurred. A lot of OZL holders on HC would probably not agree with you on "Something big is brewing, they are obviously shopping." They have been "shopping" for 4 years and have not bought any near term mine growth. It could happen tomorrow or next year or never. Holders no longer make predictions on M&A, we have to say "we were wrong" every time we do.
IMO, what OZL does do, is meet it's guidance, controls what it can and manages the mine well.
