As I see it and with respect.

OH did some good things... But not all.
He was one of the people involved in early decisions that resulted in events that led to what we all know happened.

If memory serves me, his payout was more than $5.8m and only passed because of large voting power and not the shareholders wishes.

His shares may have been worth about $120m at the time of merger... So what?... Mine, and equally as important as his and everyone else's were worth more than today also.

He took his payout and left with all he could get at the time while the shareholders were left with an unknown future,

As far as entrusting the company going forward...?
I dont think that he entrusted anything to anyone.

Has he or his crew ever legally answered for the deception that led to the class action... NO.
Sure, some of us got some money from that class action
including myself... But even that really came out of shareholder pockets eventually.

Am not suggesting that these things were always done deliberately... But they really did happen... Rad
