It is evident that the HC followers demonstrate a strong confirmation bias towards both a buy and sell sentiment. On one hand people are dreaming of dollars per share SP, on the other, people see the lack of a JV agreement as a deliberate smokescreen for a failing stock and think any announcement is evidence the company is floundering.

if LCK doesn’t meet someones risk appetite, then IMO they should stop flowing it, JV agreement or commercialisation particulars will remain in confidence until a deal is struck, I don’t think LCK could be any more clear that they are working towards a solution which should be finalised in the next few months.
