it's traders and the wishful thinkers. effectively people jumped on over the last few weeks thinking that this particular announcement would be a rocket for the SP.. or the hype would alteast spike it. The smart money jumped on at 18-20c and are now exiting to take the money elsewhere as it hasn't spiked. It happens everywhere... its also brutal on the otherside, if this did spike the SP the amount of people exiting would have stalled the rise somewhere around the 25-26c. This is why the golden goose is always a slow steady rise after timing your entry price....
