Don't look back and regret not buying at 3c when you had the opportunities to do so.
Look really hard at the current situation and where the current price are at right now (4.9c). Think about it for a bit, think about the company's fundamentals, think where it can take you in the next 12 months and decide if the current price where it is right now today are the right price for you.
Just remember one thing when making that decision is that maybe a few months down the track from now, there will be someone posting exactly like what you've posted today regretting not buying in a few months back when the price was at 4.9c
