    This is a good thing. Sending this to an expert for determination is CXM management fighting this. They aren't just bending over and paying millions cause IPL demanded it.

    They believe they have ticked the 'mining' definition. It's a poor agreement that was rubbish when they did it. A lawyer somewhere was lazy.

    This outcome should be favorable to CXM. That being said, anything could still happen but I think and so do management think, it's stacked in their favour. Call them and discuss it.

    The other part of this that may come in to play is the 'when' did they commence mining. If sales determine mining they could have an issue but if it's breaking dirt, processing and transporting test parcels etc, without specific volume coming in to play, they should be ok. There are so many parts to the definition which is why whoever drafted the original agreement is a id!ot. That being said the vagueness of it may work in their favour cause quantities aren't mentioned.

    I'm more annoyed about the trading this week and then the dump today. Bl00dy Insto games lol.
