Denbo, it is not any strategic plan for some precedent. Unfortunately the incompetent directors just didn't buy enough insurance. Anchorage had to fund another $4M and the company would have been liquidated otherwise leaving SH with less compensation. As I said personally I would have rather seen the clowns bankrupted and directors pursued.
