    Id say that the Clarkes have an upcoming tax liability as a result of being transferred the shares. Hence the sell off to pay the upcoming tax burden. Maybe they negotiated out the escrow for this reason. Cant blame them for this. Couple more high volume days and they should be done for the time being. IMHO, This stock is going onwards and upwards.
