I feel They should be trying to get recoveries up to name plate before increasing throughput , and fine tuning the cells currently operating , as increasing tonnage throughput currently is just exacerbating their losses.
Best to fine tune from the full sized cell and then use positive results with debottling that give the best payback rather than bring more cells on line that may have to be shut down to make debottling remedial repairs .
