been in touch with ComSec..you can do it online for free...all details need to be identical including address ..Street can't be St for example....if address details don't match exactly or you have a + instead of & in the case of two names change those fields to match ComSec details on the issuer sponsored side....
..if you want to sell and prepared to pay more brokerage you can ring up ComSec and sell them straight off Boardroom doc for $60 upwards ..
..about to have a shot at doing it online...
