In Specie Distribution
The Directors of Trafford Resources Limited (ASX:TRF) wish to advise that the despatch of Robust
Resources (ASX:ROL) Holding Statements, representing the in specie distribution of 3,600,000 ROL
Ordinary Shares to Trafford Shareholders and originally anticipated to be despatched on 5th February
2010 has been delayed. The delay is, in part due to the large volume of TRF Shareholders and the
requirement of The Australian Taxation Office for TRF to calculate and withhold tax from those
Shareholders who have not submitted a Tax File Number.
It is anticipated that the despatch of Holding Statements will occur shortly, at which time TRF will
announce it to the market.
Trafford will retain a total of 7.2 million shares in Robust, which represents approximately 13.6% of
Robusts current issued capital.
