The company is raising $3M at 27c post a 4 for 1 consolidation. That means, equivalent of 6.75c per share per BOM share. Investors also get an in-specie distrubtion of the uranium assets which the independent expert has valued at 3c-3.5c per share. These will either be sold or listed!!

The new company is undervalued compared to peers in the space as it is!!

This is a gimmie at 7-9c.
