Condolences to all holding significant portions. I know you don't want to hear it but it's the nature of the market. I've had 2 significant losses in my time, so I know how it can make you feel terrible.

Own it and wear it and learn and you'll be fine, making excuses and blaming everyone else will cause you troubles in life, and you'll probably just do the same thing again in the future.

If a partners involved just admit you effed up and apologize. Cop whatever is thrown at you, at the end of the day she/he will just see it the same as betting $10,000's at the casino. Don't try to reason and make excuses, work back that trust.
