Agree to disagree, final grade or source of ore has nothing to do with final moisture content, it has all to do with the process itself.

By extension is not correct to say sc6 typically has 9% moisture. Dms product is coarser and and is therefore free draining, naturally reduces the moisture (if you've ever seen a stockpile of coarse spodumene, there is typically a pool of water surrounding it). The finer material from a float circuit is either filter pressed (eg. Pilbara minerals) or vacuum filtered (eg. Liontown). While wof product will release some moisture during storage / rehandling the efficiency of the filtration process is predominantly what determines the final moisture %. Sc6 from wof would typically be around 9% moisture yes, a mix of dms and float sc6 would be lower.

Details aside whether it is 9% (dfs targer average) or 9.33% or 9.5% doesn't really matter so long as it is within buyer specs which it is clearly is. It does however demonstrate the process is working as intended thus far.

You have your implied sc6 price the wrong way around, they reported sc6 equivalent price not sc5.2 realised price.
