Peru still makes number 2 every year behind Chile in copper concentrate sold in the world.
Sovereign risk has never really shown to much of a problem with many foreign companies operating in Peru.
At the end of the day when we lost Peru duppprt from S32 we little Zincs just could keep the thing functioning properly without cash.
So we use terms like Sovereign risk and cash exchange rate and other reason to justify the lose.
