Not sure how long you've been with ICG, but for me it's like nearly 13 years. After waiting and suffering this long, for me I want to exit with a handsome profit. Are you just going to exit at 5c if the drill bit hits the goods? I don't have 21m shares like Grub, but I do want the $5 per share.
