Hey Hingdorg - I was promoting the capabilities of ICG going forward with my involvement and my ideas and a new hands on mine finding team when we cut the dead wood but that didn't occur. The reality is companies can change you know ! If you believe it can't change in the current circumstances what changes do you recommend - don't be shy. I know- you don't have to tell me -but perhaps you could make known your recommendations for others on this forum.
