The 1st sentence implies that if there was suitable infrastructure onsite, then field staff would have been able to report in detail the results of the drilling.
If there are some really good pXRF results released to the market, then this may cause 2 things to happen
1] ASX may frown on pXRF results being released since only the surface reading of rock chips and not the inside etc
2] a positive impact on the sp
