    ICG SP is being manipulated big time. There are shenanigans going on - absolutely.
    When the games are over and the accumulation strategy hits the tipping point, I expect the SP will test the recent highs and beyond.
    Management (and some geologists) have plenty of skin in the game...

    IMHO and DYOR.
