That’s a super gene deposit, copper sulphate where copper has mobilised through the fault and precipitate out into the dolomite. Normally associated with deeper sulphides as these are typically related to weathering or ground water interaction where the dissolved copper is transported then precipitates out into a carbonate to form malachite (copper sulphate).
The eastern half of SA is under explored and is very copper rich.
