After reading JMEI tax credit legislation it only applies to capital Raises in the Tax Year associated so even the directors for salary sacrifice purchases don't apply. So nobody has any yet Beach until the next Capital Raise, but its probably coming. We are going to get smashed here with dilution at the price that will be offered. After the consolidation we had to have at 20/1 we are now working our way back up to a billion shares. Happy Days.
