I feel what you are saying but reality needs to be taken into account here.

We were never going to have the capital to do this one ourselves and it has been a drain on the coffers for years just by holding it on our books.

Peru is big boy country and we are not big boys.
You need to be able to handle the delays and corruption in countries like Peru.
GOOD RIDDANCE, I say.

The loss of S32 to the pandemic put paid to Peru for a little company like us.
And don't anyone tell me that we lost S32 for any reason other than the financial situation of S32 at the time, and the Chinese flu.

Management have done a great job here as it was draining our blood. There is no way, in my opinion, that the previous management would have put in the effort to solve this problem we had as they did not have the drive to do so.

Those who say current management have been doing nothing should try to imagine the amount of time and effort that it takes to put together a deal like this.

Onward and upward with our projects here in Oz is what I say.
