I do not think you could realistically say something like that. The company may be researching the take up percentage in order to make sure there is a plan to have the 3.5 million available. The board would not have just plucked 3.5 million dollars out of the air. From day one of my investment ICG has seemed to have been a tight ship and I do not think RB and JW would play that game. Too ethical.
After today I am looking to take up some of my rights. My sentiment is now buy from hold.
