It all depends on the fine print, but for now I would imagine S32 will be the bank with Inca still having to do the hard yards, IMO I think if an economic resource is discovered S32 will swallow Inca in a heartbeat, it would be nothing for S32 to takeover and have complete project control as well as having Incas other projects as a bonus.
