Inca Minerals Ltd (Inca or Company) is pleased to announce the appointment of experienced business executive Mr Adam Taylor to its board as a Non-Executive Director and corporate finance executive Ms Emma Curnow as joint Company Secretary, in addition to her role as Inca’s Chief Financial Officer. Both appointments are effective 1 March 2022.

Mr Taylor is an experienced CEO heading up a family-owned group of businesses with a history of over 20 years in the civil construction and mining sectors including TCD Group. He currently oversees businesses within the mining, construction, waste management, dewatering and infrastructure maintenance sectors – all currently within Western Australia but also with a history of operations in New Zealand and the East Coast of Australia.

Ms Curnow is an experienced corporate finance executive who has worked in senior management roles for several listed exploration companies both in Australia and the UK, having commenced her career as a Chartered Accountant at Ernst & Young in 2003. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia and is a member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Governance Institute of Australia.
