What PMO is that every one seems to come up with different figures for any commodity that is being discussed at the time.

Two years ago I read an article regarding phosphate that led me to believe that phosphate would be tight in the market because of the Ukraine war as Russia is/was one of the worlds main suppliers.

I cannot see that that situation has improved much.

Even if the war ends I think that Russia's customers will be looking for another more friendly supplier.
