link might not work, but it's about China, Copper, and Peru. They see copper as being the catalyst for electrification. They also see copper as undervalued. China dont get too much wrong these days. Their copper mines aren't as cost productive as the grades drop off and see overseas investment as the way moving forward. They would have dug up their high grade, low hanging fruit, and want to explore overseas options. Im sure China, more importantly Chinalco have a good idea of what lies in the Andes. Some food for thought.
