I agree Matt re good biz decision.

The OS fees, travel, politics, superannuation to workers etc are big issues on our cash drain.

Sure S32 JV helped us get Oz projects up and running, AND, then, to have Oz funding and free mapping, drill holes, work done across the whole ET area, etc (unheard of for a country to do this) made it a good redirection in our own backyard IMO .

Could be wrong re Peru. But they have tried partnering but with no luck so far. Also, tuff decision, with gold reaching all tme highs, in this frothy market. But given our financials, I think it's prudent to consolidate.

Given we're one of the last juniors standing in this bear market, I'm happy with IoCG JV prospects in ET and EA when metals are flying again... and they will!

Not to mention the potential for the largest phosphate deposit in Oz with Wonarah next door... world needing battery phosphate, cathodes, climate change, food bowl shortage, etc.
