Interesting/ lucky that we were able to acquire at the price of 57.3c and now we are less than half the SP, i.e., it would have resulted in double the dilution. Also, the APIRX are 50% in the red compared to acquisition price. With 12 months of voluntary escrow clearly shows they believed in the future value of their shares for a 100% all-share transaction which I would think is not all too common for a transaction of this size and stage.
Eagerly awaiting the AGM pack to see the prioritisation of activities across the broad portfolio, the expected news flow and other activities what with 22 additional clinical and pre-clinical research and development projects in addition to the already big projects in LI, OSA, TBI & GAD!
