Be careful of spin ie: only where results are proven already, but also where there is no competition? This is salesman spin. I would also be disapointed if it wasnt done, as he is dude that needs to get the product to market and make the revenue rain in.
Most of the biotech companies I have invested in do the same. If they arent willing to put the effort in to upramp at an investor presentation, will they put effort into selling the goods?

Lots of potential with IHL, but we need the actions (trials started) to match the talking. Then the share price will move north from the range within which it is now stuck. Good opportunity to top up now if needed though.
