I agree totally Badvet.

This is strategic, has been planned for many months and we want ( in particular) IMO a couple of their patents/ techs.

The fact we get all their patents, the academics, and the network a clear bonus.

It may not be immediately spelt out in upper case flouro lettering ( we do have competition) but a couple of Aprix patents will be IMO “must have technology” in the opinion of our board.

They are all over what Aprix have in house so again IMO this is as strategic move..

I trust management know exactly what they are doing.
