The announcement writers at the IHL will be busy busy busy throughout the year with such an extensive list of indications and IND/ Pre-IND work in-progress. As if our BOD wasn't busy enough with our portfolio, they just multiplied it by 4X and also acquired a highly skilled and well oiled team.

The acquisition is fully funded by IHL stocks which clearly demonstrates APIRx teams' belief in the future of the combined organizations. To not give a dime in cash! This is seriously commendable negotiating and M&A skills. I am not saying that the US $93.3 Mn is trivial by any means considering IHL's own stature as a small cap with about $847 Mn MC and nearly $40Mn in cash. However such acquisitions can propel us to the big leagues pretty soon and catch the attention of Big Pharma (BP).

Bottom line, I am quite impressed with the acquisition
