so we've just acquired a Bio firm for $90m or thereabouts who:
Have a heck of a lot more IP than we do & are in a space which has a global potential of $400bn
Have already spent $40m on R & D
Have a hugely experienced & renowned leadership team who can only enhance our existing team.
Not sure what's not to love here.
