US states one-by-one are only recently legalising CBD use so the research and IP in this space is limited. Companies like Atai life sciences and Compass (the only listed companies/ competition) are focussed on Psychedelics and not CBD. So we were unique to have legs into both CBD & Psychedelics camps. Now we have significantly boosted the CBD camp thru this acquisition and gives us many man years of lead over any other company in US, and perhaps in other regions as well.

Not only are some of APIRx’s markets unmet or underserved, the treatments are novel and hold new promise.

People can sit on the fence for a while and that is the time that enterprising/ risk taking investors get more returns than those who want proven revenues and profits. Remember the saying- “Being correctly early is indistinguishable from being wrong”.
