This benefits those who take up either 35c or $1 options.
If all options are exercised, no change to your proportional ownership (no dillution). However, if not all exercised, your ownership will proportionally increase (reward for exercise).
From what I've observed, listed options can weigh a bit on the share price (seem to remember it affecting IHL a year or so back).
Whilst nice to have the $1 opportunity in a year, and whilst this is stating the obvious - if you are LT then it's clearly cheaper to buy on market now.
