I guess the elephant in the room - why did Incannex not formally announce to the market who the buyer was?
No offence to Sam / @tossydog - but is that not the definition of insider information / trading, where Joel tells you (a significant shareholder), but not the broader market, exactly who the buyer was?
Clearly many people sold out early on open, and throughout this mornings trading, who almost certainly weren't privy to that information. I wonder, if they knew who it was and did some digging into them (such as @thevinnys has) whether they would of held?
Not all holders of IHL would visit these forums and would rely on official company announcements for their information. They still may be unaware of who the buyer was. I mean, if you hadn't shared it with us here, none of us would have either.... the moment you shared that news with us, it turned a bjt of the negativity around as people tried to draw positives from it.
Not having a go at you, but this whole Strategic CR saga & events surrounding it has certainly dampened a lot of shareholders faith in management.
whether that's justified or not, remains to be seen.
For now, we wait and see what comes. Busy year ahead with IHL, let's hope things start turning around.
