Extensive dd also says to me that Joel would have known about this for some time...........how does one do extensive dd on a company without the boss knowing.

Joel goes on to say “We are delighted to welcome new
institutional shareholders onto our share register after an approach to me directly from the
consortium’s cornerstone investor in September”.

3 months of dd is not a long time....they must love what they see
