Yes this is a great post.

This capital raise was far from necessary.

IHL has $33 mill in the bank last quarterly, well and truly enough to get them through the next year and a half.

If they are saying they are good finanically now until 2025, means per $46 million is keeping them afloat until 2025, $23 million a year, so we had 1.5 years of funding already, what was the need to issue these shares now at basically yearly lows? The free attached options are just a big slap in the face.




With all these milestones coming up in the next year and half, and IHL being funded for this time, the outcome of some of these milestones would have led to jump in price , where they could have raised money a lot higher, with less dilution, instead of now, when they dont need the funds and they chose to do a cap raise around yearly lows where dilution could not be worse.

Extremely bad decision making here, obviously we arent privy to everything behind the scenes, but like a lot of holders here, left scratching my head, and now little skeptical of managements decsison making, IHL should of only accepted a cap raise if we were getting some amazing deal, even should of been a premium and definitely not free options attached if its a discount, as we did not need the cash at this point of time, so why accept anything unless its amazing, the share price could of been raised a lot higher over the next 18 months, instead we raise at a discount with free options, huge dilution and a lot of over hang thats going to make it hard to even see over 30 any time soon imo. Very frustrating end to the year here with IHL, back to prices we were at beginning of 2021.
