Yes this might be the case, however that doesnt mean he cant make bad decisions along the way, I think its pretty easy to see that the cash raise was not necessary at this point in time, there are a lot of catalysts that would have lead to higher prices before we needed more funds.
I think blindly saying everything someone does is good is not helpful, notice in your post above your mentioning everything else besides this cap raise, hes has been great with IHL, this decision here with the cap raise and timing of it is horrible decision making imo.
