so you belive the value of ihl has decreased since that offering? i dont, but the sp reflects that and the terms of this cr dont suggest that the 35c offering wasnt at a fair value. regardless of the macro conditions, companies will still grow. we are not in end times that cause all companies to decrease in value and if you think that then why would you be invested. so you cant keep saying oh but the marco environment, as an excuse for a crap cr. as i said, not necessarily a bad investor for tue register. but crap cr with no guarantees of future partnership.

no one needs you to not be blaming, but the fact is, so many on here cant see this for what it is. a crap deal for current share holders with a potential future backer that may or may not be of some assistance
