That's the sad way of the world. We matter less - not because people are mean, but because money talks, and large amounts of it talks louder.
And the bottom line is, if the market had remained where it was when we were offered options, Incannex would have been able to strike a different deal with this institutional investor. The market tanked significantly. That doesn't seem to be entering into the reckoning of some otherwise very astute people. I understand why, I think... but regardless, the reality is there would be MUCH less of a discrepancy between the two cap raises if the market had stayed at the level it was at 8 months ago. It serves useful purpose to investors to disregard this. Catching feels worse than is strictly warranted can only warp one's judgement, and that's never good IMO.
