Have any of you people ever worked for a tech start up? I have twice and both times management's major incentive was options. The other tech company I worked for was much larger but still offered an incentive to staff via a discounted share purchase scheme. There is NOTHING unusual, sinister or deceptive in an option scheme for those who drive the business. The only proviso is that the exercise price is pitched such that all shareholders benefit..............
