For the past year I was an avid believe of BRN and thought any MC would be justified given we were on the cusp of commercializing the core SNAP technology. If you don't remember, Milestone 4 was meant to be achieved either 1 year from presentation (March 2016) or 1 year from listing (September 2016) . Then this was further delayed to near end of 2016. Then it was delayed to end of 2016 (December) . Then it was delayed into 2017 and most thought it would be early Jan. It's now almost Feb and if extremely lucky M4 might hit but the general consensus is that it will take longer. If SNAP is harder to commercialize than expected then great! - they can take their time but can't expect the same MC to hold. SpikeNet was a godsend acquisition because without it we would be 5c. We still don't have numbers from SpikeNet and it's more likely the deal flow being announced is not to BRN's credit but to the hardworking folks at SpikeNet who have mustered up deals for the past 18 or so years.
For the last time and I'm just repeating myself over and over again. The company in the long term is not overvalued if the core SNAP technology is commercialized. For the short term, the company is sitting at a $266M valuation when there is no proof of commercialization and vague releases of material deals. You are just an upramper if you are not frustrated that we have not been updated about the CORE technology in about a year. Cisco announcement was a refresher because we know it's being tested but we still don't have word and should have it soon on how the demonstrations went.
The market will demand material information about the company. It doesn't matter that I'm stoked that BrainChip has a new great CEO or its employees have used a competitors chip to develop exciting technology or there was unsubstantiated information that appeared to link BrainChip to Intel and Samsung interest. The market will demand cold hard figures and the key to keep this MC is Milestone 4. If it doesn't come anytime soon, we have to rely on SpikeNet. If SpikeNet numbers aren't impressive, then the SP drops back to a fairer valuation.
I feel like there is only a few (including myself) who still hold but aren't afraid to cut the bullsh*t. The rest are worried about their investment (as they should be) and blindly upramp with consciously meaningless ramping short posts. Too many of my posts recently are just disregarded based off a few keywords and it's time I leave until the company has experienced a material change that can warrant HC with reasonable discussion instead of a guessing game (I loved speculation posts but some lately are getting too outrageous! At least some of mine came true) . Who knows, there could be an outstanding announcement tomorrow or in the next few months.
Cheers all, wish you the very best. I hope everyone comes out on top. I hope this company succeeds for all of us in due time so we can all party it up at Burts.
IMHO, GLTAH, and as always - DYOR.

I don't what to give you a thumbs up for your post because it may seem that I'm pleased to see you depart - and I am not!. Your input to this forum is both valued and educative for those who may be less experienced with tech market trends.
There is no place for either up or down ramping but plenty for facts and logic such as your own - they support our collective hope and/or disappointment.
I sincerely hope you reconsider your position - and stay.
