Also not happy with incentive options without material revenue targets attached. This is just executives filling there pockets. XPE board tried the same. However, an uproar from share holders caused the company to withdraw certain incentive options from the AGM to avoid the embarrassment of being voted down.
I suggest if you are unhappy with these incentive options you take the time to email the board and express your concerns. It worked with XPED! It is becoming increasingly worrying that board members are receiving extraordinary amount of shares for mediocre achievements in which they are already paid for. Incentive options should be attached to significant material achievements, which, should add significant shareholder value. Not just because they think they are doing a good job.
I shall be expressing my concerns to the board.
