Does this mean that the Board will do their best to delay M4 announcement or hold off signing a Cisco deal until the options have been approved? I know Brendan said that an update would accompany the quarterly due in the next 7 trading days, but perhaps they could downplay it and give just enough incentive for SH to approve the options...or am I jumping at shadows here?
