It’s a great thing to have to help us negotiate a funding deal of some sort - afaik we ultimately need to get that +$200M secured and then get busy expanding.
iirc: minimum investment = $200M
and….
“40% of the minimum investment amount must be executed in the first two years of the project. The Executive Branch may reduce this requirement, but not below 20%.”
It seems that we need to get S1 going asap and then get cracking on an expansion.
Hopefully this is a nice catalyst that assists a partnership for the next stage.
