Unfortunately MUS have to be careful not to create too big a fuss about this 'in country'. They will need to follow the direction of the local police/community/government.
One death of a security guard is a relatively minor incident and probably doesn't warrant any substantial payouts etc, however tragic it is.
There's a lot more to consider when deciding what happens next other than guilt or justice.
If we have truely created a strong brand and supportive environment then there's a chance the thieves will be on the run and won't feel safe for fear of being turned in.
As investors we should feel quite confident that the security measures were tested and will be improved for a small financial cost (tragically the loss of life is heavy) and the fact that the insurance and storage practices are effective and that they're actually implemented should add credibility to CJ/BOD and what we've been told.
