What a disgusting ann this is..
Five paragraphs long and the first three paragraphs on how the low quality rubies what were stolen.. but "it's okay they were insured" ... not until the forth paragraph did they mention that a member of staff had lost their life....
The loss of life should of been first and foremost in this ann and the loss of rubies secondary..!!
